What is the status of my order?

We send emails as your order is updated. Also, you may log in to your account to see the status of your order.

How long is shipping?

Expedited shipping: 3-7 business days, 5-15 business days for standard shipping, from the time the item is processed in our shipping system.

I need an invoice for reimbursement. Where can I get this?

If you no longer have your receipt email, please feel free to contact us either unhappy@euniceboutique.com and we will be happy to send you a receipt.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Click here to check the status.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are able to accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash for online purchases.

How do I use a coupon or promotion code?

Coupons and promotions can be applied during checkout. Some of our codes are available for in-store or online use only. Be sure to check the offer details to verify the terms and conditions.

When will rollator reply to my email?

We respond to e-mails quickly, in the order received. We kindly ask you to allow sufficient time for our Customer Service team to properly investigate your inquiry so that they may best assist you.

May I pick up my order from your warehouse?

We do not offer local pick-up. All orders must be placed online via our website and will ship to you directly from our warehouse.

Does have any physical retail stores?

We are an online retailer and do not have retail store fronts.
